Mid-week Market Update: DXY subdued as key central banks events loom

A backdrop of strong earnings has helped push the S&P 500 to fresh record levels this week, while crude oil markets also continue to look buoyant. By contrast, the Dollar Index is more subdued as FX markets await a slew of key G10 central bank events.
