The equities and risk assets have already started repricing ahead of the FOMC meeting this week. The expectations are for the Fed to signal\u00a0clearly a 25bps rate hike in March, with asset purchase tapering finishing around the same time. From then on the market is expecting guidance that the Fed will reduce\u00a0their balance sheet. For some, this means less support for the market and therefore the market needs to reprice for the lack of accommodative\u00a0measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
